Loved my stay! Great location, comfortable apartment, very attentive staff

Location, light, spacious, balcony, washing machine, wifi. The host was responsive and helpful (restaurants, etc.) after we were checked in.

The checkin process didn’t work since our host’s phone was off/battery was dead. She knew when we would arrive and didn’t prepare and we were standing outside in the dark for an hour without being able to get in. The office was closed and you can only get in by ringing the host’s number to be let in. It was almost 10pm by the time we were let in after traveling all day. We also booked it for the washing machine and didn’t get laundry detergent delivered for 2 days.

Great location, close to the old town, nice restaurants near by, clean and cosy apartment with two separate bathrooms big and spacious. Great host with very fast response time for every questions.

Location was good for our needs property was clean comfortable modern and ticked all the boxes for our visit to Bari.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but if we were being picky maybe another sofa but that’s very picky.

It would be nice if the apartment had a smart TV. Otherwise everything was great

Light and bright apartment on the 2nd floor. Plenty of room and all the amenities as advertised. Communication with host and check-in were easy. Solid wifi. Good location just ~10 minutes walk from Central train station as well as historic center.

The showers are designed in a way that makes it hard not to get water elsewhere, which manifests itself in damaged and moldy-looking baseboards.

It was a great location part way between the train station and the city center. Completely walkable.

I didn’t care for the bed pillows, but that’s just a personal preference. I like a softer pillow and these are very firm.
