The house is big and comfortable.

Great location and easy interaction with Valentina.

Having 1 key was not always easy to navigate as you need it for power in the apartment also.

Interior clean and well decorated. Beds were comfy.

This apartment was hard to get into and settle after a long day of travel. Upon arrival, I had to call a number, which buzzed us into the apartment. I then had to get the keys out of a lock box and took a bit to get into the apartment. There is a special key for the air conditioning, which after finding was not hard, but I was told that the key hole was on the outside of the front door. It actually is inside the apartment in the entry. Also, the WiFi password was incorrect and the washer was outside on the balcony. These things were not a problem; however could have easily been addressed with an host present or better directions. The electricity, including the air conditioning turns off when you take the keys. Unfortunately when Bari was close to 40celsius that made for an extremely hot apartment upon return. And perhaps no fault to the host, but it was Ferragosto when we arrived. I had messaged prior to booking about my concern for this holiday and was assured it was a tourist town and lots open. We were unable to get taxis most of the time we were there and lots closed.

A shelf, towel holders, soap holder, toothbrush holder should be added to the bathroom.
