Location and charm 10/10

Excellent location, close to everything. Nice, clean room with balcony. Host quick to answer questions.

Some wear and tear on the property. Toilet faucet broken, shower faucet stuck, door tricky to open etc, but nothing big.

Very easy, Marco helped us over the phone and whatsapp. Room was great, cute details and great location

In the old town and close to everything

Paper thin walls, under the apartment there was a room with a spa bath which is obviously rented short stay as we had very loud neighbours from 12-3am then they left. Very inconvenient for sleep

We tried calling Marco before arriving in Bari, to get advise on where to park, but he didn't answer . We tried six times when we arrived at the property with no reply. He eventually called back, saying he had mislaid his phone, and gave us instructions on how to enter the property. To get to the second floor, we had a very steep, narrow staircase with a very loose bannister. The bed was very uncomfortable and moved a lot. There were no bathroom accessories, so had to buy shower gel, shampoo etc. The worst thing was the 'motor' that came on throughout the night, every 2 minutes, for 10 seconds ( we timed it). We should have taken earplugs. We got up at 06.00 and left as quickly as possible. It was a very disappointing experience. Obviously the Booking.Com photos were taken soon after the property was renovated. It is now cracked, dirty, with mould in the shower. Nothing like the pictures.

We like everything - the location, the apartments, and the cosy rooms. It was really beautiful inside and comfortable. We had a small kitchen set, also a coffee machine and wine. It was clean and comfortable and we felt really great. Right inside the old town. Close to everything by walking. Highly recommend it.

We liked eve6in the apartment. Nothing to complain about.

The location

I found it difficult to get in as I was not familiar with the self check in . Luckily there was another couple there and they helped me . The stairs are steep ( I am a senior) not property fault

This apartment is set in the charming Bari Vecchia, close to all the highlights of this wonderful city. The apartment was quaint and large, and we enjoyed the space we had in it.

Unfortunately, we had a few hurdles which made our trip slightly unpleasant. Whilst it was not a requirement, it would have been nice for the host to meet us at the location. However, this is not the worst part: the door from the outside doesn't open properly, and the inside door doesn't lock. We had to leave our door unlocked after giving up, leaving all our belongings there, and then we had to put up the chairs and tables against the door during the night, which became quite comical. The bathroom, on the other hand, had a transparent glass facing the bed, so that you won't have any privacy at all - and the bathroom door doesn't close, unless you put a shoe in front of it. The stairs are also challenging if you are to bring up or take down suitcases, which unfortunately I couldn't store at the location on the day we left. I'm sorry that this was a disappointing experience.
