I liked the design of the room, the excelent location and the very efficient communication with the host.

The facilities, such as soap, shower gel, dish soap were missing. The room, in this period, was very cold, even if the AC was on heat, at 30 degrees. Warm blankets were missing and the nights were really cold. In 3 days, we had hot water at check in and in the last day, before check-out, but this was, I think, a misunderstanding regarding the boiler.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Old Town with best focaccia just round the corner in Panificio di Santa Rita. Easy to check in and communicate with the owner.

Very low water pressure under the shower. Sliding barn door to the bathroom does not give much privacy. Some toiletteries like shampoo or shower gel would definitely help.

It is really well located in the historic center. Unbelievable how cute they made this small room look. Only 30m2 but it looks really nice and fashionable. Really good job! You can find a nice bakery around the corner where there is a line all night for freshly made pizza, definitely check it out!

The bed had two matrasses, but during the night they split but when you placed them back the same happened. The shower was clocked and no barrier, so after 2 minutes it started to flood the room. The dished were dirty and still greasy from the previous guest, luckily I saw it right in time.

Really great localisation, cozy and clean room, friendly owners.

You may accidentally turn off water heater which switch is localised near bathroom door and is not labeled. Water also takes a while to heat up but after it does it is enough for 20 minutes shower.
