good place with great rooms

The apartment was big and comfortable, located 10 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from old city center. We were able to check in a bit earlier (all online).

Everything was fine. The price was good, the location also. The apartment was near to the old town and also to Bari Centrale and we had everything we needed

I didn’t like the fact that if you don’t throw the garbage you will be charged 25€. Also If I was alone I wouldn’t feel very safe at night in this area specifically but I didn’t had any bad experiences!

Night checkin is possible due to the self-check in system. Be aware: you don't meet your host. Close to the best local pizzerias and green market at the end of the street. Close to the train station. Spacious rooms for two people with two balconies.

We can say it is a noisy street...sure, we speak about a Southern Italian city apartment, this is normal.

Location was decent.

It didn't feel clean, it smell, the building felt a bit abandoned. There seems to be no love or care put into the apartment. I stayed there 1 night to be close to the airport with my gran and regretted not putting her somewhere better. I am glad it was only one night. It wasn't terrible but I did feel aware about touching too much in there

Balcony doors. Full kitchen was nice. Thanks for the water. Extra pillows and blankets were available. Staff was friendly and helped carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs to the "1st floor".

The hot water ran out every time we took a shower. It only lasted about 4 minutes. It was at least an hour before the hot water was back but by then we showered off the soap with cold water. There was an inventory of things in the rooms, and I felt like I needed to do inventory, so I don't get blamed for a missing fork. The welcome bag was just stuff to clean with. Thats not a welcome. We had to clean for be charged. I had no idea where to put the trash bag as there were no instructions and no outside trash bin so I left it by the door downstairs. Did they expect me to take it with me? I was charged the extra. I was told the room was on the first floor but the "1st floor" was two stories upstairs.
