Macario Apartment in the Old Town

Location was perfect. Very close and easily accessible to all emenities. Bari Centrale train station was only about a 15-min straight walk and access to coasstal towns via train was very easy. The host was very responsive and promptly answered any questions. He even communicated with me prior to our arrival and provided an itinerary which was very helpful. The piazza at the rear of the unit where the bedrooms were was a bit loud at night due to the nightly music. Closing the windows did muffle it quite a bit. In all this was just a minor inconvenience. The small balcony which fit a table and two chairs was great for having a morning coffee or just to chillax on after a day out. The nonna downstairs made fresh orichiette every day and sold it for €5 per 1-kilo bag. I brought back 3-kilos and a kilo of fresh-made sundried tomatoes. Overall I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The nightly music lasted quite long into the night (about 11 or so) so be prepared to have a late night's sleep. For me this was just a minor inconvenience.

Die Lage zentral in der Altstadt ist sehr gut um die Stadt zu erkunden und Lokale und Cafes gleich ein paar Meter entfernt.

Ja man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da das Appartement nur über sehr steile Stiegen zu erreichen ist. Es liegt direkt über einem Lokol wo jeden Tag bis 1.00 Uhr gefeiert wird und an Schlaf daher nicht zu denken ist. Hier gibt es nur dir Möglichkeit mitfeiern. Für einen Tag passt das, aber nicht jeden Tag. Ich hatte zum Glück Ohrstoppeln und Augenmaske mit. Sonst nicht zum Aushalten. Es gehört auch einmal ein wenig investiert. Zweites Vorhangteil damit man auch wirklich ordentlich verdunkeln kann. Ist die ganze Nacht sehr hell im Zimmer von der Außenbeleuchtung. Kopfteil beim Bett schon sehr abgenutzt. Auch in der Dusche gehört die Brause erneuert. Sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden, aber das haben wir nicht genutzt. Fazit. Ich würde hier nicht nocheinmal buchen. War für uns definitiv zu laut.

Mieszkanie idealnie położone jeśli ktoś lubi stare miasto i głośne knajpy co nam pasowało na kilkudniowy wypad, wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja fajna łazienka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Nam pasowało bardzo.

Syn spał na rozkładanej kanapie i niestety nie była ona wygodna - cały czas się rozjeżdżała. Toaleta bardzo słabo spłukiwała.

Lokalizacja idealna, w samym sercu starego miasta 😊 Wszędzie blisko, wspaniała knajpka z pysznym jedzeniem na dole, muzyka i tańce, można oglądać z balkoniku. Apartament czysty i łóżka wygodne.

Jedyny problem to ze spłukiwaniem wody w toalecie, nie było ciśnienia, ale używałyśmy garnki z wodą i się dało 😁

Jeden Abend laute Musik und wüste Gesänge unter dem Fenster des Schlafzimmers bis Mitternacht.

Die Wohnung hatte die gewünschten 2 Schlafzimmer und die Lage in der Altstadt, mitten im pulsiereden italienischen Leben, hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Unterstützung vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
