Le scale molto ripide x accedere all' appartamento e anche tre scalini ripidi all' interno, pulizia un po' da migliorare, lavatrice in funzione ma non avviata da noi,nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua di cortesia

The apartment is ideally located in the charming old town area of Bari, making it perfect base for exploring the city. Our room overlooked a bwautiful square that had a lively, authentic Italian atmosphere we really enjoyed. The apartment itself is set within a historic building and retains plenty of original character, including a lovely inner courtyard that adds to its charm.

On arrival, the staff member who assited us seemed well intentioned but the experience fell short. There was some confusion with the room allocation, as another group who arrived at the same time were initially given the wrong room. We were also not provided with any recommendations on places to visit or eat, which would have enhanced the overall experience. The apartment is located in an older building and, as expected, there is no lift- something we were informed in advance, so its worth packing light. Whilst the apartment is reasonably clean, there were several maintenance issues that affected our stay. The kettle was not working, and although there were multiple sockets, only a few were functional. The drainage system was quite poor with a noticeable damp mark on ceiling. The toilet seat was also loose and needs securing, as it could easily shift if you're not careful. Additionally, the shower drainage was ineffective and did not drain properly, which was inconvenient.
