总体性价比高，自助入住，空间大，热水和暖气方便。

隔音不太好，早上能听到隔壁小孩哭闹。

Problemi con il codice per reperire le chiavi.Le comunicazioni con il proprietario sono decisamente da migliorare.

The check in and check out instructions were clear and on time. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had all required utensils. The heating worked well and the bathroom was well equipped.

No handsoap in the bathroom, which is always nice to have. A coffee machine but no coffee pods, it would be nice to have one or two pods just for the first day. The towel for the kitchen was black and left fluff when drying dishes, not ideal when having to do the washing up and put everything away on the last day. I also have concerns about how thoroughly the plates etc get washed when it is the previous renters responsibility. If they are not particularly clean - it is the next renter that would suffer.
