Hello, this place is a scam, I was there for 1 week, I paid 1,028 and still Mr. Alex He asked me for a deposit of 500chf that he said he would return to me on the day my stay at the place ends, from the first day I arrived at this place.The man received me in a rude manner, asking me and questioning my stay in Bern, things that not even a 5-star hotel does,He said that I could not receive any type of visitors, when the place is for two people, I still accepted and stayed, in the entire week that I was there I had no visitors, the man accused me that there were I have had visitors, I have asked him for proof of that and he answers me ugly, I told the man 1 day before what time I was leaving the placeI have called him many times and he never answered my call, he called me to threaten me with the police, and I was waiting and he never came to the place, he says you speak Spanish and he told me later He didn't understand me, he is a thief, he stole my 500chf deposit, I sent him my Iban number and he hasn't transferred the money to me either, he doesn't answer WhatsApp messages either, I have proof of All,

I liked the size, the colors, the comfort of the room. The team is very friendly. Thank you, Alex and colleagues! The neighborhood is lovely.

An extra-blanket would have helped by this time of year.

Quiet location (expext the church bells around at 20h and 10 h Saturdays), pubibike parking nearby.

After reservation there was no answer at any of my e-mail sent to my host. I tried via booking.com generated and direct e-mail address at the same time. No answer of the emergency phone number either for my SMS. Only automatef mails arrived. Everything very basic. Bed side lamps without bulbs. Some bulbs broken in kitchen ceiling and exhaust fan. Bed matrass grills falling off the frame at sex. Very uncomfortable. Missing normal sized flat plates, no tea cattle. Missing dark out curtain on the small window. Useless hob: it takes 20 minutes to bring half a liter water to boil. It shall be replaced. Missing drip tray at sink. Missing separate bins for plastic and paper waste collection. Missing instructions where to bring the full rubbish bags. Life risky broken hair dryer in the bath room mirror cabinet. Undusted only until 165 cm height. (Eg. dusted exhaust fan top.) Lime scaled shower curtain. 25 minutes walking of city center, you should rather take the bus or Pubibike. No Bern ticket inuded in the service.

Good loaction Clean place Has all the basis utensils

No privacy Very noisy, (including at night). Very uncomfortable bed Annoying neighbours 1) NO PRIVACY - ground floor, Windows could not be open as people passing on the street could see inside the room. Additionally, shared front garden meant, side neighbor will be doing gardening and coming all the way to your window. Again, being able to look inside the room. 2)Skeleton from the bed was not the right fit for the bed (slightly small) causing the bed to make constant noise and faling down. Really uncomfortable bed with thin mattress. 3) 1000k deposit was kept allegedly for leaving the appartement dirty and with rubish. Visited friends so ate 2 days out. Therefore, did not have time to make a mess nor leave anything dirty. Moreover, ended up shortening my stay to 3 nights. Overall, the stay felt VERY unconfortable. I did not feel at ease, and defenetly, did not feel like it was 'my place' for the time I have payed for.

Very tidy and well equipped AirBnb apartment. A good bed and nice bathroom. HSH Team provided a great support, responded quickly, and was very accomodating. I had a great stay! Thynk you so much!
