Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Le personnel est aimable.

La chambre est sombre, avec des équipements vétustes et extrêmement bruyante. Aucune insonorisation. Le ménage n’est pas satisfaisant. La piscine est en travaux et en dehors de l’établissement. Le « parking » est très cher et très peu pratique.

This was a very friendly and hospitable hotel but sadly did not meet expectations from the website. The swimming pool should have been open from 31/3 according to the website but sadly it was not clean or fit for swimming. You have to cross the street from the main hotel to find the pool. We had cockroaches in our bedroom and bathroom. They did try fumigating our room, which smelt terrible, but each of the 3 nights we stayed we saw live cockroaches, which were dead by morning. They were very helpful with directions and with parking and also with providing early breakfast on the day we left. We had asked for the taxi taking us to the airport to have a baby seat and we were assured this was organised but the taxi arrived with no seat for the 1 year old.

When booking, I missed a lot of what this place had to offer. What a pleasant surprise at the end of a long trip to have such things as a massage and steam room. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and patient with information and recommendations. Palermo is all about walking and this is super well located. Highly recommend. The vibe was really enjoyable, which is important and hard to achieve.

There is nothing to dislike about this stay. And Samba the dog in reception is a super selling point for tired travelers.

Really beautiful place, though it could definitely use a bit of restoration. The staff were very friendly, and the owner, Leonardo, was a great host. He explained everything clearly and gave us lots of helpful tips on things to do in Palermo and places to eat.

A very generous breakfast, but as is typical across much of Southern Europe, the selection is mostly sweet: pastries and fruit. There isn’t the usual European-style breakfast with salty hot dishes. But that’s more about the culture in Italy than the hotel itself. WiFi in the room is very poor.
