Apartment Úvoz Street 64

Es una tercera/cuarta planta sin ascensor. La entrada del edificio muy antigua y deteriorada. El apartamento es luminoso y bonito, está reformado por completo, pero el suelo cruje muchísimo al caminar, muy ruidoso. Solo dos juegos de toallas y viajábamos 2 adultos y un bebé.

This place is the perfect example showing that shoving a bunch of ikea items into a flat does not necessarily create a functional home. We liked the location as it is close enough to the downtown but less busy.

Given the price we paid, it’s lacking attention to detail and the common furnishing often did not quite make sense together. I don’t think the owner actual ever tried to stay in this place.

Навколо будинку ведуться дорожні ремонтні роботи, через це складно було знайти вільне місце для паркування авто.

Everything was fine. Apartment was spacy and comfortable and well equipped. It is an apartment in the old building so you need to be prepared for old (a bit smelly) staircase, but the apartment is very nice. Just beware of wide opening the windows as the pigeons are very nosy (and a bit noisy) and like to sit on the outside window sill. I recommend for family 2+1 (or maybe even 2+2). The location is great, the bars are just 1 minute walk from the apartment and the Old Town not more than 15 minutes.

We have not noticed anything. Looks exactly as on the pictures.
