Apartment Úvoz Street 64

Cute little place close to the castle and the park, with good facilities and comfort. We very much enjoyed our stay here, would come back again :)

The accommodation had a nice layout and was tastefully furnished. Bed was comfortable as well. Location was convenient for where I needed to go in the city.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen but otherwise there were the basics to make something simple. No lift and on the third floor.

Practically everything - location was perfect - close to the center, Špílberk and Kraví hora, efficient public transport, small local shops around; - apartment was clean and nice; - Pavla was responsive, everything went smoothly.

Parking the car was a bit of an adventure, one needs to find a place in the streets around (I was lucky) and crack how the payment system works (zones, means of payment). No elevator would not be an issue, but combined with a lot of baggage, sleeping children and no right to park in front of the apartment it became a bit of an adrenaline experience to get everything to the apartment. But doable. Shower drain smelled a bit.

Quiet and clean apartment. Good instructions, maps and tips gathered all in one place. The bed was comfy.

It was a bit too small for the four of us. The living area was too crowded especially when the sofabed was open.

- The apartment itself is very nice and cozy, located in an old building. - Good communication with the hostess. - Comfy beds. - Complimentary water in the fridge :-)

- The door to apartment is not sound proof, you can hear even a minor sound happening on the staircase; parket is super squeaky, which is very annoying especially if you have a small kid sleeping in the bedroom - Unfortunately, the information about parking is provided incorrectly and there is no dedicated slot available. Only publicly paid parking is available but it can be fully occupied and you'd need another 20-30min to find a place. - The sink in the kitchen should be fixed as it's really unstable.

Great option in Brno, location is perfect, nice short walk to the centre. It is close to everything but apartment is very quiet and comfortable. Communication with host was also nice and pleasant.
