Great communication with the host. Really close to the city center. Very clean and a lot of the facilities.

It's on 3rd floor that's is only disadvantages

The apartment was quite well equipped & proximity to city centre was very good. Appreciated laundry facilities.

Nearby grocery stores were disappointing. Info regarding contact with host was initially incorrect.

1) The owner of the house is really helpful and friendly. our flight delayed 2 hours late at night, she contacted us and make sure to we arrive safely and provide the map for location. She also really helpful as we ask for help to book morning taxi for the flight which is more cheaper compare to the uber. (18 euro fixed price). 2) Location wise - The house is really near to every shop, train station, many restaurant nearby and. the street during the night is also okay. not dodgy. it is walkable to the town 3) The house is superb! very good and quiet! there is iron, cooking utensil and washing machine. they provide the washing caplet but only 2 - which is reasonable as we stay for 4 days

you will be charge 25 euro if late check in after 8pm. which is no advertise prior in the booking.com website. but I guess it is for the courtesy of the owner and in our case, we arrive late. Just a heads up. Or may be they should put the note in the advertisement about the charges.
