"The room felt unclean so was uncomfortable to stay in."

We stayed in a different property to the one I booked. I got a message as I arrive in Graz saying my original stay was under water so to go to another location, but the place we were given was just a tiny box room with one bed, so was an uncomfortable stay having to share a bed with my colleague. I originally booked an apartment where I knew there was a bed and a sofa bed seperate.

The bed sheets were dirty, has visible marks on them so didn’t look like they had been cleaned. I have photos of this. There was also no hand soap left in the bathroom just an empty soap box.

"DON'T STAY HERE"

Nothing.

A complete waste of money. Not a single photo matches the room we got. The bedding is dirty, the furniture is filthy. The kitchen is awful. There is mold in the shower and on the walls. You couldn't even manage to leave toilet paper or clean towels. Thank you for the worst overnight experience we've had in Austria so far

The place was not clean, neither the persons who to handover the room was on place, On the website it has been mentioned that the apartment is equipped, but there was nothing. I asked for iron and the person said, if it is not there then the previous people took it, and I can't provide. Location is is too bad.

I'll never recommend this apartment to anyone. If I could ask for money then I'll definitely ask them. If you can't provide the facility then why you are charging for it. The apartment is on the road side and you can hardly sleep when the car stopped passing by. Otherwise you'll listen the noise
