The Lawns Spa Apartment

It's a lovely clean apartment, a great location for the town, and the North norfolk coast. The bottle of wine left by the owners was a nice touch. Would recommend this property to my friends.

Central location to holt

Host was more interested in collecting £25 cash for our dog than showing us around properly, when we said we thought it was two bedroomed, their reply was “ what do expect for £155 a night in holt”. When they were showing us how to put up the sofa bed, they started and then said “ you’ll sort it out”. When we came to putting up the sofa bed, there were no sheets so had to use a mix of single sheets and then there were dog hairs on the spare pillows, not great.

The space, the comfortable bed, great facilities, big shower room

I think it could be better if the outside seating area was tidy and more private. It needs some really intensive maintenance and improvement

Close to the town centre. Very spacious with quality fixtures and fittings. Quiet at night. Close to restaurants and coffee shops.
