The Lawns Spa Apartment

It was a great location for Holt high street. The apartment had all the essentials we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we would have preferred was a private garden just for us but it didn’t affect our stay.

The apartment was ubrr clean. It was very cosy and comfortable. It had access to a lovely garden and although we didn't use it much (except to walk our dog) we will defo be using it when we come back in the summer. The apartmentnitself was well equipped and excellent for a great getaway. The wife actually quoted 'the apartment looked even better in real life than in the photos' and the photos look great.😁

Tastefully decorated, extremely clean and very warm. Great location and good hosts.

No breakfast

The property was lovely and the price was 150 for the night ! I thought given the fact that the dog was allowed it seemed a little high but I was happy to pay a higher price as I brought the dog however I was charged another 25 pound for the dog when I arrived ....making it nearer 180 pounds for 1 night...too much for a property located next to budgens and no spa

Very nice apartment in the center of Holt. Everything is on your doorstep. The apartment was modern, clean and has great finishes. The host was helpful and friendly. Thank you 😊 Would stay again

Location to centre and walks for our dog

The garden was not easily accessed from the property.

A microwave would have been nice .

Good location for Holt Centre, supermarket next door. Parking available off road. Spacious apartment but still cosy and warm. Owner lives next door should you need help and popped round to show me how the cooker/TV etc worked.

All good. Opens onto pavement but windows covered to make looking in impossible.
