Central to everything The kitchen area is well maintained Directions, good.

Generally needs TLC, sofa needs new covers. Outside, not cleaned, covered in bird excrement. Cleaners hadn't dusted TV unit or skirting boards. Drawers not checked in bedrooms. Bed sheets not ironed. The cleaning needs improving. TV not working properly. ? Poor signal. Light pull cord detached from light in bathroom. Boiler not working, which we discovered, once it was tok late to leave. I did not think of taking photos at the time, which would be beneficial to the owners.

The apartment is definitely one of the best I've ever been to, very clean, comfortable and well located. I'll be back soon and I recommend it.

Lovely layout and spacious apartment

The location was brilliant, really close to all the city's facilities. The accommodation was easily big enough for 4 adults, it had 2 toilets with showers, a very well appointed kitchen and spacious kitchen/lounge area. It was really clean, very quiet and lovely and warm. The car park in the basement had a dedicated space for the appt and the (very small) garden bit out the back was excellent for letting the dog have a last minute 'airing'.

Hull itself was a fantastic place to visit, we were there for 48 packed hrs and came nowhere seeing all we wanted to. The slight negative is that there is a huge amount of regenerative work happening in the city centre at the min, a huge lottery grant is being used to restore and improve the city's historic maritime sites and facilities meaning the place is getting better and better all the time. We plan to visit again for sure.

Great location, very spacious apartment and secure parking.

Some minor repairs needed due to wear.
