No arrival instructions, had to ring the owner 5 times before she eventually answered, then waited for instructions to be sent. Once inside the property, it was filthy, blood stains on walls and floors, big stains on all carpets, and electrical sockets exposed so anyone could have been electrocuted. The whole place was absolutely disgusting. I have photos to show just how filthy the place is. At about 11pm, the alarm activated for no reason and wouldn't turn off, I tried to ring the owner 8 times to get it turned off, no answer, my wife and I left and booked into another hotel for the rest of the night.

Good location. quiet but near City Centre.

The carpets were a little tired/stained and could do with a clean.

Great location and nice living room space and two bathrooms was a bonus

bedside lights didnt work, there was some wear and tear in terms of the kitchen fittings. The door lock codes were long and fiddly.

Easy to access, great access to town and their was parking. Made overall travel easy.

Loud, not great for young kids. Cleanliness was meh, mold in dishwasher and floors were dirty. There was a hole in the couch and the cable runs from the power sockets to the TV were not ideal. But the location was great. Place just needs some TLC.
