"Short family break"

Fantastic, modern flat right in Hull. Plenty of room, well equipped and nicely furnished. All the information was spot on for getting in and the secure parking was great.

The mattress in the ensuite bedroom was a little bit lumpy and uncomfortable.

We had a little issue with the door, and Mike turned up promptly to sort it out. The apartment exceeded our expectations, and we would love to stay there again when in Hull.

"Lovely apartment will visit again"

Lovely clean and very comfortable apartment. Mike was very prompt in responding when I called for help to open the door combination. Spacious and ambient. It took forever to get the apartment warm, though.

Cleaner was very rude when she came to clean, and i was still in apartment, she was on a video call talking in a language, not english, and she was also lashing at me in English for not leaving at 11am prompt even though i paid for a family of 3 but ended up a solo traveller and stayed less then 24hrs for a 2 night stay.
