It would have been nice if there were shower accessories like shower gel or soap. Also it would have been nice to have a few extra kitchen accessories like a frying pan

A little too much furniture

Central location

Dishwasher was unusable and had a foul stench. Poorly equipped kitchen, soiled mugs and pans. Wanted to cook family meals and couldn’t. Mattresses were poor quality. Both toilet seats unstable. Litter behind chair. No wifi. Needs care and attention.

No mention of stairs before the lifts, lift light wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Toilet in en-suite is hanging off the wall, dust everywhere, lipstick on door frames, dirty plaster in the bathroom. It didn’t feel cleaned, the beds were made and that was about it. There’s a lot of things which made the apartment not so child friendly. There were a number of ornaments that were dusty that my daughter wanted to play with. Wifi didn’t work, unable to turn off heating and not a toiletry available apart from an almost empty hand wash. Washing up liquid had a drop left in. Perfect if you’re there to not spend much time in accommodation

Location was great and security for both building and garage was excellent. The code to enter premises and apartment were great as you did not have to carry keys around and everybody could come and go as needed. Apartment was good and covered nearly everything we needed.

The apartment needed some general maintenance. Electricity room off passage was very hot and had tins which could have been paint on floor and boxes on shelf which could be a safety hazard. Doors would not stay closed, carpet needed replacing and some furniture needed fixing. Found that there was too much furniture in lounge that made it difficult to sit around dining table. Dish washer did not work, man came to check but needed circulation hose to fix.
