Central Perks Apartment (sleeps 4)

Very clean. Easy to access the apartment. Parking available on site. Full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Nice balcony to sit out on. Lift right next to apartment.

great location close to the city centre secure parking was a definite plus apartment was perfect for our requirements. host quickly replied to any questions we had. nothing to fault would definitely go again

Very secure apartment location with a gated underground car park and assigned bays to use.

Whilst the apartment was comfortable it just need some TLC. No wine glasses, kitchen tap loose, some painting required in lounge and bathroom. Nothing that caused problems however with minimal effort it could have been perfect.

Good size and helpful owners allowed early check in

1. The info was not properly set and I have to asked the host many times, 2.there were smokes residue in the living room, 3. the balcony was full of pigeon's poo and seems very dirty. 4. The curtain was not properly attached (only pipe), and could fell off when you open or close the curtain, 5. The main toilet was full of damp smell after use, very bad smell (mold might be need to checked) 6. The floor was cleaned before we came but they use a really bad bleach smell, so it was very smelly when we came and sticky (like vinegar smell) 7. Lots of incomplete amenities such as shower soaps, dishes sponge, 8. Dirty plates and glasses, full of fingerprints, so we have to re wash everything before we use it

Good location. Clean big towels.

Dishwasher did a dreadful job of cleaning the dishes, we only used it once then hand washed. Need to get rid of some of the shelving in the lounge so that it feels more spacious, some of the dental magazines are 2001.
