Great Location, Cozy Furnishing, Good Facilities

Shower was missing half the door.

They have an office near the properry. Easy check-in. In fact, they let us check in a little early. We had difficulty figuring out how to use the stove and someone was over to help within minutes.

Great location, great facilities, it was a lovely stay. Would come here again.

Super location! A short 5min walk and you're in the old city center with all the hustle and bustle.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the staircase leading up to the bed a bit treacherous if one needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (bathroom is downstairs). We also weren't aware that it was within a ZTL area. It is mentioned in the fine print somewhere on the website - I wasn't able to find this until someone sent me the actual link. Between driving on the opposite side of the road to what we are used to, looking at a map and looking out for street names- we missed the ZTL road sign and are now probably facing a big fine. And with our currency, it's the fine amount x 22!!

Excellent location, in the middle of the main streets of Como in a gorgeous building, only 2-5 min walk to the main attractions and the lake dock. Very comfortable apartment, clean and spacious and very nicely decorated.

Some features of the apartment were a bit worn, such as the walls, some furniture and bathroom appliances, giving it a less clean appearance than it actually is. Not suitable for people with mobility limitations, since there are stairs in order to enter the apartment and further stairs to reach the upper level of the maisonette with the double bed.

The location is great, short walk to the lake and ferry terminal's

Misty damp smell. The bedding felt damp and all our clothes were damp after our two night stay
