Downtown Como

This is a perfect place. Michele and Federica who welcomed us upon arrival are the two best people in Como :) Very helpful, super friendly, and made us feel welcome. Ladies even helped us carrying luggage from parking to the location. Flat is in the exact center of town, just around bars and shops, yet there is not much noise during day or night (March 2025). Flat is spacious, clean and well prepared for guests. We found everything that was necessary for a comfortable stay (for cooking, cleaning, etc.). And it is nicely decorated, too. Bedroom is directly connected to bathroom, which is handy. There is a cool balcony overlooking the pedestrian narrow street and some shops.

Since the very center of Como has car traffic restrictions, parking is located a short walk from the flat, just outside the historic center. This may be an issue when you have much luggage. There seems to be no alternative for similar central locations.

Excellent property, right in the heart of the city, yet quite silent during the night. It's a cozy apartment, with all the necessary amenities for a short or extended stay.

Fantastic location four floors above the Main Street of Como, just two blocks from the lake. Superb owner, place was spotless - and had everything we needed for our stay.

Climbing those stairs with heavy packs, lol. Much easier going down…

Great location- close to restaurants and shopping. Close walk to ferry and walking distance from train. Our host was super kind as our train was delayed. Helpful with information and amazing restaurant recommendations!
