Great location, 5min walk to the lake 10 min walk to the train station and surrounded by restaurants. Would highly recommend for a short break.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but the bedroom area was upstairs and it had a sloping ceiling which could be an issue if you did not remember to duck your head in areas.

Nella doccia non c'erano mensoline per poggiare eventuali prodotti per la doccia e la TV è in una posizione un po' troppo bassa, quindi quando sei sdraiato nel letto non puoi vederla comodamente

Locatie. Prettig ontvangst van een lieve dame

De herrie…naast ons woonde een oudere dame met de hele dag en tot laat op de avond de tv keihard aan , ook nadat we er iets van gezegd hadden. De tuin is meer een binnenplaats, het interieur is sleets en de keuken minimaal voorzien …niet eens een normale koffiemachine….ongezellige verlichting, airco maakt herrie. Ik had meer van deze locatie verwacht.

The accommodation is situated in the historic center of Como, 5 minutes of walking from the lake shore. The host was very hospitable and communicative and provided extremely useful information - thank you Mrs. Ute! The 7-person loft is very spacious and it is fully equipped (washing machine, iron, fully equipped kitchen etc). The beds were comfortable enough and cleaning was proper. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy thanks to extremely good communication. For parking, Mrs. Ute redirected us to two great parking lots, so no worries about that and also offered to white-list our cars in order to have an easier unload of baggages. To summarize, it is a fantastic accommodation with a great price-value.

The only downside is that the 7-person loft has a single bathroom, but it's manageable.

1/ لا يوجد مصعد في الفندق 2/ أقرب موقف يبعد مسافة 10 دقائق مشي 3/ جميع الإضاءات في الغرفة بيضاء (عالية ومزعجة)

Location was amazing, Ute was very knowledgeable and made the check in process very easy. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!
