Das Apartment war groß, sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet sowie sehr zentral gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos.

Accueil : on est arrivé vers 16h. Primo : hôtel fermé secondo : enfin les 2 femmes de ménages n'avaient pas la clé pour notre chambre. La patronne /patron pas disponible, resp. introuvable. Elles ont fait au mieux pour mais seulement après l'arrivé de la patronne une 1/2 heure plus tard on a pu rentrer à notre chambre. On voyageait avec nos 3 petits-enfats plutôt fatigués après un long voyage en train, et se trouver devant un hôtel sans réception, n'était pas vraiment ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel. En plus, pendant les 2 jours, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

The Comoloft was very central. The apartment was clean and spacious, ideal when traveling with family. Mrs. Ute was also a great help. I highly recommend the Comoloft.

Opening the main door at night was a bit complicated. Perhaps a code system to open the door would be easier.

The welcome at reception and the tips for restaurants and the tip on getting to the harbour early 7.a.m to purchase the tickets at 7am for lake como ferry at 9.15 am were excelleny

We booked this accommodation based on the advert saying it being a one bedroom with a sofa bed as our 17 year old daughter was travelling with us and we all need privacy. The accommodation is one large room no bedroom. The sofa folds out into a bed and the bed folds down from the wall. we were looking at each other in bed no privacy. Tiles in the bathroom needed cleaning in places, and some damp patches next to the shelf had been painted over white and were flaky.

The fact that was so close to the turist area.

The beds were old and not comfortable, the mattress of the bed was making a disturbing noise, my husband slept on the sofa, me and our baby girl on the big bed ( which was a folding bed) , for this price I expected a more comfortable and big bed.
