Die Lage, und die Geräumige Ausstattung

Appartamento ben strutturato in una posizione strategica,a due passi dal Duomo,con un terrazzo con vista spettacolare al 6 piano. Casa moderna e funzionale con molte prese, aria condizionata e due televisori. Bagno grande e comodo. Parcheggio in strada a pagamento quasi sempre disponibile . Personale dell' agenzia molto gentile ed efficiente

Piccoli dettagli che non fanno cambiare il giudizio super positivo dell' appartamento

Emplacement proche gare pour faire un saut à Milan et centre historique de la ville. Quartier calme. Plein de restaurants et cafés à proximité.

Le canapé lit est assez confortable pour quelques jours mais le lit est très bien.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Como und ist mit den benötigten Geräten ausgestattet.

Die Toilette war nicht geputzt, wir mussten erst Reinigungsmittel besorgen. Für 5 Tage waren nur ein Toilettepapier und ein Spülmaschinentab vorgesehen. Der Boden war nicht sauber und der Staubsauger hat überhaupt nicht gesaugt. Der Duschabfluss hat fürchterlich gestunken.

Breakfast was not supplied Location was very good - 5 minute walk to esplanade, restaurants etc.

We felt that the distance to the reception office to pick up the keys was not explained fully. It was approximately 1-1.5 kms and along busy roads with narrow, cobbled pathways. Unfortunately, on our arrival, the weather was very hot (mid 30 degree temperatures. It would have been helpful to have information re: bus transport. We arrived at the reception place, hot and fatigued after walking and the reception wasn't overly welcoming and the check in person appeared rushed. Once checked in, an offer to call a taxi to the apartment was offered by another staff member and greatly appreciated. A security check in box at the apartment would have been great. This worked well for all our other accommodations over our month of travelling. Check out was much simpler and we found out that a bus was available to the train station which dropped us off the door avoiding multiple steps with baggage items. Unfortunately, I made an error in requesting a later check out with the wrong contact and on our return to the apartment after going into the town area, we found the cleaner in the apartment. The situation was rectified, and the staff were very helpful in enabling us time us to pack up and leave and not be charged for the additional time.
