Gute Lage und Ausstattung in Ordnung.

Check in war chaotisch, die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer funktionierte anfangs nicht und wir mussten warten, bis ein Mitarbeiter kommt, um das Problem zu lösen. Die Kommunikation dazu war nicht besonders gut. Somit haben wir den ersten Nachmittag des Urlaubs großteils verschwendet. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir dann um 7:30 geweckt, weil andere Urlauber anläuteten und meinten, sie hätten das Apartment auch gebucht. Auch als wir dies berichteten gab es von den Mitarbeitern keine Hilfe. Nach unserem Aufenthalt wurden wir dann noch aufgefordert, ein 10 Punkte Rating abzugeben, was etwas dreist ist. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

"This was all we needed"

We had really nice stay at this apartament. Perfect localization (5 minutes to train station, lots of nice restauratns around, Lake was just 3 minutes walk) good contact, helpfull staff. Apartament was big and clean. Inside everything you need

Sofa at living room is for max 1 person but if you planning to stay in this apartament by 2 or 3 ppl, this place is perfect :)
