It’s within Como downtown and close to Como lake 3 to 5 minutes walk. It’s close to Viale Lecco parking area. Quite and nice area and property.

Does not have a car parking.

It was a great central location in Como for everything you need. The apartment and bathroom was spacious. The owners did provide information ahead of time on a service to store our luggage since we were arriving in Como before the check-in time which worked out great.

When we arrived at the apartment it was missing toilet paper. I messaged the owner and they were able to have the cleaning people deliver some in about 20 min. There is not a TV in the master bedroom.

Spacious, and well equipped apartment in a very quiet, yet vibrant corner of one of Como's main squares. Everything is walking distance be it attractions, shops, coffee shops, and supermarkets. If we visit Como again, we are sure to stay again in Suite Del Vescovo.

Well located. Clean.

The welcome was appalling. I had emailed the previous day asking for entry codes and was only sent a link to pay city tax, not told that the code was not going to be given until city tax was paid. We stood outside door for over an hour- nobody answered my calls. Finally a kindly resident called the number and they answered to explain I should first pay city tax. Could have told me that the previous day. There was no apology when I asked why they could not have shared the information earlier.

The apartment/flat is modern and spacious. It has a toilet and a bidet. It has a shower (not a bathtub). It is very secure as you have to usually get through a wooden door and a gate before you get to the flat/apartment door. The door feels like it would not open at times, but we always managed to open it. If you are cooking, it has all the necessities you need. You may need to get kitchen towels, olive oil or herbs and laundry pods (We left unused kitchen towels, olive oil and laundry pods). We cooked a lot of simple meals (pasta and sauce). The washing machine is great - It also has a heat function so could also be a dryer although they have an airing rack to dry clothes naturally too. The building is lovely! Really liked the look of the building. The location is very good - It is close to the boat pier and also close to shops, gelaterias, pizzerias, restaurants & trattorias and sights. There are a few play areas nearby if you are travelling with kids (Giardino pubblico comunale on Via Vittorio Emanuele II and one by the Pontile 5 at the boat pier). We went on Easter weekend so the bells were ringing all the time, but it did not bother us as you get used to it after awhile. The internet is not that great - It is not good for streaming or gaming. It is a bit slow even for browsing so if this is important to you, then hope you have an internet dongle or good phone signal for your mobile data. We were fine with it since we were intended not to be too connected while on holiday anyway. The staff were responsive and nice. We tried to ask for an extension or late checkout due to a last minute nationwide train strike, but they must have been busy with bookings that they could not accommodate it (which is fine). One suggestion is maybe to have a vacuum cleaner for longer stays? We stayed for six nights and felt we needed to hoover sometimes as it could get dusty. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The location is amazing, the apartment is very new, simple and clean.

It was a bit cold in the apartment (however, the blankets were really warm). 19 C. And it was a bit too light to sleep during the night in the bedroom and very light in the living room with no possibility to change that.

The property was well located and easy to access with a baby. The travel cot was exactly what we needed. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean.

The shower didn’t drain very well if we had a shower we needed to put towels down to stop the bathroom from flooding.
