The steps up to the property were in bad shape so difficult to navigate.

The views from this property were amazing, the apartment itself has everything you need, bed and blanket, pillows all so comfortable best sleep, the hosts left lovely touches with Prosecco biscuits and cake for our arrival, also no problem getting High chair for our little one, they were very helpful, the bus stop to town is only 50m away, small part of road without path but traffic seems used to people walking, all very doable with buggy, short cut down some steps through the forest to the promenade, such a great stay would highly recommend

Nothing it was gorgeous

The property is beautiful, the views are amazing. The deck was a really nice spot to relax and eat. The beds were comfortable. There was AC which was really nice to have. There was a restaurant takeaway menu we called and ordered dinner to be delivered which was convenient and good. Great communication. We enjoyed our stay.

The location isn’t the easiest to access. It’s on the bend of a steep, narrow road. We walked up there with our suitcases from town - do not recommend! We were given tips to make it easier to arrive - use the tips! They were helpful. We used the shortcut into town that was given to us and that helped. There is a bus stop right there but again it’s on a very narrow, steep road to stand and wait with our suitcases it was not ideal. It was hard to get a taxi. The bus was crowded (end of September). It is walkable but it is a tough walk up.

Apartment view was amazing. Facilities were enough to have a good time in the property

It is some matters out of host control: - Dangerous car park and walking beside the street to reach apartment entrance - insects living in the trees behind the apartments.

Host greeted us at the door and lifted our luggage! Showed us everything we needed to see. Views are absolutely incredible. Very spacious and comfortable. Host is very responsive and also gave great recommendations for dinner.

Not much I didn’t like. Be mindful it’s a 25 minute walk into town, very very narrow roads and the apartment is on a corner with no signs. Taxis are hard to get so take that into consideration. However, nothing on the host just an observation for location.

Everything is great about this property, I lived 2 of the best days of my life. The hosts were more than helpful, they took off from and into the train station because we were on our honeymoon. They were very responsive all day long! The apartment was very clean, easy to access and very close to the city of como. I would definitely come back again !

The most beautiful view of the lake from the terrace, nice decoration, coffee and prosecco compliments, and Luka's hospitality. Luka immediately respond to us all the time we need help. Also, he took us to the Como center and back when he is available. You can also take C30 and C31 buses to reach the house. Lastly, the house was clean and full equipped.

Beautiful location. The hosts were so helpful, and the views were spectacular.

It's a little difficult to get your luggage to the front door, but it's worth the effort.

Things we liked- :The beautiful view over Lake Como. :The 2 terraces-one in the sun and one in the shade. :Brilliant air conditioning . :Lovely beds. :There's 2 toilets,very handy with a teenager! :Loads of space even with 3 people. :Very attentive hosts. :Peaceful location-it's far enough away from the crowds in the town. :A mix of modern and traditional-the photos don't do it justice. :Good WiFi.

The views are breathtaking.. the pictures don’t do it justice. The host is super friendly and very helpful as well as fast responding. Just a short walk into como or it is a short walk down the steps to the bus stop. The bus stop on the street also takes you to places like Bellagio and Nesso in the opposite direction. There was also a nice beach club just down the steps where you can jump into the lake. Very beautiful all round. Would definitely go again!
