spacious apartment in a good location

i had to check in in a location a few kms from the apartment. they didnt clean properly. there were white stains on the chair next to the bed. i asked for early check in, they said they would get back to me, but they didnt. the floor in the bathroom is damaged and the bathroom could use an upgrade. some parts of the kitchen were broken. during the night there was a constant pulsating mechanical noise, maybe airco from the neighbours. the apartment had no airco (as advertised) so I wouldnt want to be here in the summer, it was already quite warm in april. a small table next to the bed with an easily accessible light (switch) would be useful.

Appartamento bello, posizione ottimale. Vicino alla stazione di Como San Giovanni e in centrissimo. Bel palazzo storico.

Scarsa cura dei dettagli: - nonostante avessi chiesto in anticipo la disponibilità ad avere il divano letto e si sono limitati a darmi le lenzuola senza preparare il letto. - rispetto alla "colazione", c'era la macchina del caffé, ma mancavano le capsule. Peccato.

Molto gentili e disponibili, il check-in online è semplice da fare! Al check out ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli più a lungo nell'appartamento e abbiamo apprezzato tanto questo gesto. L'appartamento ha un bel potenziale

Pulizia davvero approssimativa. Per questa ragione, non abbiamo utilizzato la doccia! Il bidet era otturato e inutilizzabile. Il bagno emanava una forte puzza di scarico, penso a causa dei tubi otturati. Il parquet vicino alla doccia era rotto e sollevato... Rischio di farsi male. Polvere e ragnatele un po' ovunque. In cucina le stoviglie non erano ben pulite, il materiale (spugne ecc) fornito per pulire era assai vecchio. Piccolo suggerimento di benvenuto: Nei miei viaggi, in qualsiasi struttura comprese quelle in cui ho pagato meno, ho almeno trovato una cialdina di caffè o the, in questo caso non c'erano.
