Bardzo blisko wycieczek nad wodę, spacerów i sklepów w pobliżu.

Okna sa nie szczelne wiec imprezy które dzieją się na dole słychać do conajmniej 23:30, ciężko zasnąć przy takim hałasie, w łazience brakuje czegoś żeby postawić swoje kosmetyki pod prysznicem, i ręcznika które wchłania wodę która wypływa na brzeg, jest również mało kontaktów do ładowania, i jeśli chces podgrzać wodę na herbatę nie możesz zrobić kawy.

Η τοποθεσία και το ένα κρεββάτι . Είχε κουζίνα κ πλυντήριο ρούχων .

Ο άνθρωπος που μας εξυπηρέτησε δεν βοήθησε όταν Καλέσαμε για διευκρινηση σχετικά με τις οδηγίες που λαβαμε , κ μας είπε πώς ότι χρειαζόμασταν υπήρχε στις οδηγιες . Απαράδεκτο . είχαμε 2 παιδιά μαζί μας κ ταλαιπωρούμασταν μέσα στη ζέστη (Αύγουστο ) . Επίσης , η πόρτα είχε βλάβη , κάθε πρωί προσπαθούσαμε πολύ ώρα να ανοίξουμε κ ευχόμασταν να μη μας σπάσει το κλειδί . Πολύ πρόχειρα φτιαγμένο το κατάλυμα . Το παράθυρο του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε . Έμενε ανοιχτό.

Location is great and the place is very comfortable

Air conditioning is bad and the lounge/kitchen area get very hot

The location was close to the ferry port and train station for Como de Lago. Also close to restaurants locally in the tourist part if Como.

Our recent two-night stay in Como was unfortunately marred by a series of issues, significantly impacting our family's experience and making what should have been a relaxing trip quite stressful. Given the significant cost of our stay, we believe compensation is warranted for the numerous inconveniences and disruptions we encountered. Firstly, the key collection process was inconvenient. Despite knowing check-in was after 3 PM, we were not informed about the "lock and go" facility beforehand, leading to an unexpected €20 charge to store our luggage for the day upon early arrival. You can leave bags for free in the My Home in Como Offices but this location is 20 minutes away from main apartment and not easy to find. We found it on our last day as wanted to leave our luggage bit the process of finding the offices was long via bus and walking. Upon entering the apartment, we found the floor to be dusty and unclean. The furniture and overall facilities also felt dated. While the apartment manager was responsive via WhatsApp and arranged for a cleaning the following morning, this initial impression was disappointing and set a negative tone. A major problem during both nights was the extremely loud music from a nearby DJ. The apartment windows vibrated, making it incredibly difficult for our young family to sleep. It went on till past midnight. It truly felt like being inside a nightclub, making restful sleep impossible. The second night was classical music but again very loud! Additionally, we experienced a power cut around 10 PM on our second night, further highlighting the inadequate facilities. While assistance was provided via WhatsApp, these disruptions were a significant inconvenience. To top it off, we woke up on our final morning to no hot water, preventing us from having a comfortable start to our day and final departure.
