"We loved Elie and the surrounding area."

The location was good, an easy walk from the centre.

The access to the flat is not great, having to walk so closely alongside other properties. The stairs to the doorway are poorly lit. Parking in the street is not ideal, unable to see your car. It is not great that you can't access the property until 4pm, unless you pay an additional charge, yet you have to depart at 10am. Does it take six hours to clean a small flat?
