It should have some moschito nets, you don't need air conditioning but the moschitos are everywhere

Our stay at this apartment booked via booking.com was exceptional! The owner was incredibly sweet and kind. Despite our late arrival, he patiently waited for us, provided a thorough explanation of the apartment, and handed over the keys, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. We communicated with the owner in English and he spoke really good English and he was very understanding. The WiFi was reliable, which was greatly appreciated. Being an apartment, we had the opportunity to cook our meals, which added to the convenience of our stay. The location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently close to both Como and Milan by car. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly loved every aspect of it! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
