Very nice, very friendly owners, very helpful

The apartment is very well equipped, in a quiet location. It has a parking in a frontyard and in case you come with more than one car, there is a free street parking 50 meters away.

Perfect location for exploring lake Como and the surrounding hills. The host was very easy to communicate with. The apartment offers everything one could possibly need.

I loved that the property was very private and the electric gates could be closed, providing more security. The property was in a very quiet residential area and the centre of Erba was merely a 20minute walk away. I like walking and every morning of my stay I went for a walk before breakfast.

There was not a thing that I didn't like. There was absolutely no unpleasant surprises. The description of the facility on your website was accurate, maybe even a little understated. The best thing was our hosts, they were anxious that we were comfortable and that we had everything we wanted. At the same time they were not in anyway obtrusive!

The host was lovely, and the apartment was already equipped with things like toilet paper, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc. Great location for travelling to other places, such as Milan, Bellagio, Nesso.

As there was another car parked up in front of the apartment, the parking space was a bit tight, and we had to do quite a bit of manoeuvring to get in and out of the property.
