Small and cosy perfect

Warm and tidy

Our main issue was how cramped the living room area was. Breakfast items were sufficient but no space to prepare or leave Delph ect. Heating was controlled by the owner. No access to RTE channels

Close to the town but in a nice quiet area

It was cold in the morning time, although there were radiators in every room they were not on. There was a small electric heater but it didn’t work.

Warmth was well supplied; there was no stiginess with the heating throughout our stay, especially on the rainy days when we arrived. Then come the instructions on how to make our stay extra comfortable.

Proximity to town

Bedroom and bathroom ok but the "sitting room" was shockingly small. I could touch both sides of the room with my outstretched arms . It was very claustrophobic. The entrance to it around the back of the house was filled with fallen leaves that were dangerously slippy. I would neither return nor recommend it.

Very tidy and extremely clean, food provided for breakfast and tea and coffee,very comfortable bed and amazing location perfect for two people.
