Small size of accommodation. No kitchen or sink, Only a small hand basin in toilet.

Breakfast very good ,just what we would normally have. Location good and within easy reach of town centre.

Bed against wall was a little awkward for access when two people sharing but otherwise comfortable.

Very quiet, host helped with directions and was very responsive to questions. Geraldine agreed to let us check in early, this was very accommodating for our schedule. The annex was private and there was a lovely little breakfast provided of cereal, breads and jams etc.

Very disappointed the internet was not working for some time - but it was eventually up and running.

The location is nice if you don't want to be in the city and is very quiet aside from the birds.
