Greyfriars Bothy

No breakfast.

Only washing machine, no dryer. Difficult for sport and St Andrew’s weather. Piece of string in garden that could have been used to dry clothes when sunshine, very, very dirty.

There was a bizarre smell of bacon cooking all day in Sunday . Bathroom smaller than it looks in images

Lockbox at door with code provided in email. Easy peasy.

The location was fantastic! Walking distance to the old course, restaurants and bars. The property itself is stunning and absolutely huge! The beds were really comfy and we had a great nights sleep. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again!

Great location. The property was comfortable and felt very homely. It was also spacious (except for the bathroom). The facilities were good.

The instructions on how to work the Sonos sound system were unclear. We bought a washing up bowl to use in the kitchen sink as it was impractical not to have one whilst cooking.
