Everything, size, location, decor, soft furnishings,comfy beds, heating, TV,coffee maker. Smell… there was a lovely smell when we walked in. Everything was perfect for us.

Nothing, Loved it for a short stay, I guess if we stayed longer a second bathroom would be the only thing. But not a problem for us during our stay.

I didn't know about breakfast services. But I overally liked the place, it was really nice and cosy.

I believe my charges were inclusive of cleaning services. Our place wasn't cleaned after 1st day 😢

"Have a great time and instant access to the town centre."

The location is exceptional and near to all town facilities. The enclosed garden is perfect for dog owners. Kitchen is well kitted out including a Nespresso machine and pods. Very well cleaned. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable.

Only having one bathroom is a drawback but unavoidable given the space available in a period property.

"Great place to explore St Andrews"

Location, facilities, ease of entry. The property suited us down to the ground. Perfect to explore the town and beach. The dogs felt at home and loved it also.
