House of Mac Apartments

Horrible owner , very rude !!! We booked 2 apartmants for 4 persons but when We arrived owner told US that he needed to Rent one for 2000 eur for one month and that We Can squize in one apartmant all 4 of US. Also he wanted to charge 50 percent more for that one becouse it will be 4 persons inside. We Can get discount only if We cancel booking (that We Can not give negativ comment). Also he Said take it or leave it he dont care. We was needed to look for new accomodation at 8pm From Our car becouse we refused his offer . I Never expirienced that rudenes and i Never felt that humiliated like that night. Dont take this place!

People like that shouldn't be in the booking.com. After a lot of calls and messages that we exchanged, the alleged owner told me that he had rented the apartment for more money and that I should find something else. From such fraudsters, booking.com must protect us.

Host was terrible by saying that the facility was rented to others via AirBNB because they paid more for more days. He offered me a deal with some other local apartment with a discount from a higher price but did not respect the selected criteria (distance to center, mall, restaurants and the parking in a underground garage compared to street parking). I was not curious about this proposal so I needed to book another reservation due to traveling with my child from 🇬🇷 to 🇷🇴. From my point of view this level of owners must not have partnerships with Booking due to lack of trust by forgetting what giving your word to others means. Also eliminating payment mandatory with cash condition will be a big plus in order to secure trustful properties.
