We could not enter the apartment because the owner resold the apartments to other people The reservation for the two apartments was made 28 days before arrival. I traveled accompanied by 4 children. Two days before arrival we received confirmation that we are expected. Upon arrival in the city, we were met with an unpleasant surprise: the apartments were already sold to other families. We understand that such situations still occur, but from the owner's side we have not heard an apology and only statements that: he does not have time for us and for explanations. He was very insistent that I cancel the reservation on booking. I think it is understandable why he requests this. Considering that it was already early and the children were tired, we agreed to go to a hotel recommended by the owner for which we paid the same money but with much lower conditions. I had a horrible stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will submit an official complaint to the booking office for the situation created.

Lack of culture !!! I forgot to set the garage remote and when I called he started insulting me!! never again..
