VIV apartment 2

Good location, close to center city, clean and safe apartament, well equipped for sleep, quick meals, hygienne, supermarket at the corner of the block, free parking down the block, friendly and prompt host who offered us good advice. Very good value for money.

One thing to improve- there is air conditioning in one room and although the air circulates in the whole apartament in one room It is cold and in the other the temperature remains still warm. I don’t know if this can be sorted out somehow (in one night stay, we did not figure It out). Also, maybe the windows can be opened and then you can do this to cool down the temperature in the room (again, in one night stay, we did not have time to check this) (It world be useful for next guests to advise). (If it’s high temperatures this can be an issue for sleep) Wifi - with ups and downs.

This is what I would like to see always on Booking: clean, neat, cozy place, with a big bed, towels, nice bathroom and a fridge. AC present in the room. The apartment was easy to find, and the owner was flexible in terms of when I paid him. On the top of that, I paid reasonable price.

Everything was clean and tidy, two levels flat with a nice view from balcony , ideal to seat and relax. Very good communication with a host. Short distance to city centre, local shop open long hours., excellent value of money. Highly recommend.

I didn’t like the entrance to the building. We arrived late and it was just scary. The entrance to the building is so sketchy and ruined. Anyone can come in. The apartment is on the 9th floor. And when you leave the elevator, it’s also super destroyed. Wouldn’t recommend for this reason alone. It just didn’t seem super safe
