When you enter the building you may be scared by the rather old and dingy look and ambience, however the apartment itself is very nice, clean and cosy. It may be a bit small for some, but it was enough for our group of four, after all, we were mostly in town and out of the apartment anyway. But overall, it's the best you can get for the money. Price to performance 10/10

Nothing much bad can really be said. Overall everything was as expected and the host was very helpful and communicated quickly. The only bad thing I would give maybe that there was only sugar and coffee in the apartment, if you want to cook something special you have to buy it. But this is really a negligible detail that I didn't consider at all when choosing the accommodation.

This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, from a short to a long stay. Vladimir is very communicative, and the apartment is very homey. The front and back views are stunning. Internet was a must since we had to work from home, and it was an excellent choice to stay in Nis. The apartment is close to everywhere in Nis + a mini market underneath.

As full-time travelers and digital nomads, we are very picky, and in this apartment, it is hard to find something you don't like. It is just perfect.

Good location for what we needed and great price. Great view of the city. Easy arrangement with the landlord and generally clean apartment.

Poor internet tv reception, we used our own mobile internet to watch tv.
