Very cozy apartment in a good area

Really good WiFi, quiet and calm, super close to everything, kitchen well equipped.

Clean and good location

Little bit small for a couples but great for single

The location of the apartment is perfect, very close to the main street, yet very quiet. You can also walk to the central beach and Praia do Amor easily from there. Location wise it cannot be better. The apartment itself is great, very clean. The AC and fan are strong, you mostly have everything you need (we stayed for 10 days). You can relax in the hammock outside, in the beautifully planted garden, and watch the hummingbirds come visit. There is also space to hang your wet clothes, as well as an outdoor shower to wash off sand - needed in a beach destination. The staff is very friendly and helps when needed. All in all it is a great option to stay in Pipa, also with regards to the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Only minor issues, the bathroom is small with a small sink, but totally fine for a vacation stay. We had ants in the beginning even though we kept it clean, so we used bug spray every other day and it wasn't a problem anymore. The kitchen could use a few more items, like glasses and bowls. Anyways, these issues did not really impact our stay.

We felt like at home, which was needed after a long time of traveling. The apartment was spacious, light and clean and had every utensil you may need. Unexpected but we also nice to have a hot shower. The front garden has enough space to hang a hammock ( which was provided by the host) and is equiped with an outside shower: perfect for sandy feet or full body wash! The small back garden had ropes to hang the swimsuits and towels! The location was perfect, very close to the main street with bars and restaurants, yet far enough from the noise for quiet nights

Super well decorated and nicely located, in a quiet street very close to the city center and the beach. The host is super convenient and friendly.

There was no real problem besides when a huge storm came, there was a little bit of water dripping from the air conditioner to the ground.
