"Pleasant place to stay in Pipa for a few days"

This space has great potential and the location in Pipa just off the main street is fantastic. It's clear that the owner put a lot of thought into the space. One of the things I loved is the water filter in the kitchen so that I did not have to keep buying plastic bottles. The wifi is also very strong.

The owner's absence means that things are not maintained as well as one would hope. Broken, rusted tables and chairs on the rooftop terrace means that it could be dangerous to sit on that furniture (I signaled this to the on-site manager) and other small maintenance issues around the place. The A/C was broken when I was there. The host was very sincere and accommodating but the on-site manager seemed to think nothing of it. The place has great potential, but there were a lot of small things that need updating and maintenance.
