Il forno non funziona e il piano cottura si blocca e mia moglie non ha potuto cucinare. C’è stato un inconveniente, il signor Marco è entrato dentro la casa all’improvviso dopo due ore senza permesso dote prendere un frigorifero portatile. Mia moglie poteva stare svestita, fortunatamente non lo era ,per me è molto grave.

Un bel appartamento con tutto il necessario, arredato molto bene .

The property was clean and located in the centre of the old town, with easy access to the main square.

Overall, the property was disappointing. (1) The advert stated that the property was on the ground floor. While this is true for part of it (mostly the entrance), most of the property is more akin to a basement flat. It seems disingenuous to portray it as a ground floor. It also feels very much like a basement, not a ground floor. (2) Some of the basics were missing. For example, the soap to wash the dishes was missing, there was absolutely no coffee (not even the dullest one), we were only given 1 big towel each and a small towel for both of us for the 3 days (rather than having 1 big towel, 1 medium side towel for hands and face and 1 small towel for the bide' each which is very standard). (3) The kitchen was ill equipped to cook a meal. No wine glasses (if the place can host 4 people, a min of 4 wine glasses should be provided); 2 of the knives had the tip broken/chipped, the scolapasta was the smallest size ever and definitely not suitable for making pasta for more than one person, etc iIt really doesn't cost much to replace these things. (4) There was a strong smell of sulfur in the bathroom (yes, just like a strong smell of boiled rotting eggs) that would get worse when we used any of the bathroom appliances, especially the bide. (5) The place was immaculately clean when we got there. However, because of whatever chemical products had bene used for the cleaning, there was a super strong smell of bleach in the flat - our eyes were burning. We tried to keep the windows as open as we could but the problem persisted and we just had headaches every time we were in the place. While I appreciate that not much can be done about some of structural aspects of the property, I do think that a fairer description online would be helpful (it really isn't a ground floor) and that providing the basics right would go a long way. I have never seen a property not providing full towels, soap for the dishes, and proper kicking ware.
