"Gute Lage, aber leider nicht sauber und nicht gut gepflegt."

Die Lage ist gut, eine Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Der Schlüssel ist in einem Schlüsseltresor und damit jederzeit und unkompliziert zu erhalten. Der Vermieter hat immer schnell reagiert. Auch auf meine Kritik (siehe unten) hat er prompt und freundlich geantwortet.

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr reparaturbedürftigen Zustand (lockerer WC-Sitz und Küchen-Armatur, wackelige Aufhängung für den Duschvorhang, kaputter und notdürftig stabilisierter Lattenrost). Außerdem war sie nicht angemessen sauber (Tassen im Schrank mit starkem Schmutzrand; Wasserkocher im Schrank noch mit Wasser; Flecken auf Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Sesselbezügen; eine ausgetriebene Zwiebel im Küchenschrank; Backofen voll Fettspritzer und mit altem, gebrauchtem, sehr fettigem Backpapier; in der Waschmaschine noch gebrauchte Handtücher (!) von den Vormietern). Der Vermieter gibt an, Probleme mit der Reinigungsfirma zu haben und verspricht, die Dinge in Ordnung zu bringen. Für meine Reise war das allerdings zu spät... :-(

Location was very good, close to the city centre. Staff was available and nice.

The bed sheet was dirty, it had two stains. After complaining, we got new ones. The shower curtain has mold. Some towels were not clean.
