Overall is very good, the facilities & owner is very nice and helpful.

1. The main door is too hard to open 2. this is not about the homestay, it is about the parking. The parking entrance is too narrow im sure everyone who lives there knows what I'm talking about. And yes the result is bump the wall while rounding to the parking lot. Thanks to the owner who helped me find the car workshop on Sunday if not, I'm gonna stay for another day at Ipoh.

spacious and well equipped

Bedding & bathroom smells bad. Water leaking from bathroom ceiling. Unhelpful owner whom did not respond after awhile.

Location is walking distance to the attraction, spacious space and a lot of choice in entertainment.

The room have very strong musty smell, the pillow is too soft and low, very uncomfortable to sleep. The main door lock is crazy, need to push very hard in order to open.

The location is good and the property is clean.
