Spacious and in central location. Everything is in walking distance.

Some windows did not shut properly, so with wind and heavy rain a little water came in (no big deal)

Comfortable and nice place to stay with family..this house have bathub and my child love it.. very recommend to others..

Perfect location

The location of Octagon is excellent and makes most sites to visit easy to reach on foot or by Grab taxis. The privacy is appreciated and there are a large number of dining facilities available in the immediate surroundings. The apartment was overall well equipped and we found most technical installations to be in working order. The communication with the contact person was excellent and all instructions received are complete and well organized.

This apartment, while spacious and ample, really is in need of some TLC and personal attention. The main entrance door was dirty and has not been cleaned in a while. Fixtures in both bathrooms were coming of the wall, corroded or broken. Curtains in the bedroom were drooping because of missing hooks and while painted over, the humidity stains in the walls are very apparent. The sliding door to the main bedroom was also dirty and showing signs of wear and tear. For a more welcoming impression, some new and clean keyholders are also suggested.
