Very clean and comfortable place to stay

The damp smell and water mark on wall

We’ll say it’s the best accommodation at octagon.. with a new luxurious modern style decoration.. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others.

Maintenance n cleanliness of the property

The location is great, within walking distance from many good restaurants and shops. The room itself is nicely designed and spacious.

There is a problem with damp in the walls and the paint was flaking off onto the one mattress. We had an issue with the WiFi, which we mentioned to the staff, he tried to restart but throughout our stay we didn't have WiFi, even after constant notification.

The location. Plenty of beds including sofa bed available

location is practically near to everything you might need. The space is spacious, wifi is in good condition, easy access to the pool & gym, the tv works properly, air-cond is in good condition, check-in instruction is clear.

only 1 parking available. for other visitor might use the t&g parking charge RM6/day. I entered at 3.41pm and exit at 12pm the next day. I was charged RM12 . I'm not really happy with the fare. Other than that, the access door to parking is quite confusing. One of the bathrooms is clogged pretty badly. the water pressure & water heater need improvement.
