We were scammed. We made a booking and paid in full, but all our questions were left unanswered. One day before check-in, they gave us a contact person, but when we called, the person said that he was no longer attached to the company. Everyone who tried to check in did not get the keys and could not stay there.

Can’t contact host, asked for refund never reply! Customer service does not proceed the refund until now!!!! Already 1 month!!!

Nothing. THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE BEWARE!!

The host sent an email dorecting us to get the keys from a security box at a nearby Petronas. When we reached, the staffs said they no longer accomodate any safety boxes. We called Adam Chong, the number of person in charge for this unit. He responded by saying that he was no longer working with the apartment owner since January 2024. Called another number provided; 0194589984. NO ONE ANSWERED BOTH CALLS AND MESSAGE. Went to the security guard. He seems fishy too. When told about our situation, he seemed to call management and was talking to someone who said she would call the agent in charge of the unit. The security guard later said the agent would shortly contact us. We waited for 1 hour, no one called. I called the host number again, this time a Chinese lady picked up the call and said she has no apartment and cant help us. She repeated that the apartment advertised was not even hers. I went back to the guard asking about the agent. He called management and said that management agrees that we got scammed which was suspicious because initially he informed me that management said it was a legit apartment unit and not a scam and that management would call the agent in charge of the unit. Now he saying it is a scam. When asked if i could talk to management, he said no. Not allowed. When asked if he could ask for agent's contact number, he said it was not possible. Then why would management office say that it was a legit apartment and then retract by saying it was a scam?? So, we had to go find another hotel which was such an inconvenience because we traveled all the way from TERENGGANU!!! I pray all involved in this scam will lose money and their children get cancer for the inconvenience they caused me and my family.

There is no safety box located as per info given, the safety box was located at other place (I found by myself after searching and asked Petronas staff). I found the safety box but the password given was unmatched. Result, I do not get to open the box to get the unit key. End up, I have to rent another accommodation. The host/agent named Adam Chong said he did not work under this property. He had no idea what's going on. Its like a treasure hunt! What a bad property! Now, waiting for my fully refund from Booking. Dear Booking, please responsible and make fully refund to me asap! Booking should banned this property company as well!

good location.the key is easy to collect,just that the key is not in the box when i reach the safety box.

bedsheet got stain and found ants and hair on bed.Towel have stains too.improvement is required.
